Located in the Westgate Community of Northwest Bend, this 5,000 SF single-family residence was designed to integrate seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
The home capitalizes on the region’s expansive views of the Cascade Mountains, using thoughtful durable materials to create a modern, well-built home. The design prioritizes spatial efficiency, indoor-outdoor connectivity, and the use of high-performance building systems tailored for the region’s climate.

A restrained selection of natural wood, concrete, and glass ensures durability and low maintenance while complementing the landscape.

Deep overhangs, thermal massing, and operable glazing regulate temperature and enhance comfort.

Expansive sliding doors, covered terraces, and a central courtyard create a fluid transition between interior spaces and the natural terrain.

Fire-resistant exterior materials, combined with a carefully planned landscape, create a defensible space and reduce the risk of ignition.
